History - Pomorie for almost two decades and keep exposed material part of the cultural heritage of the region. The museum building is a monument of culture. It was built during the last two decades of the XIX century, which originally housed the Greek school girls.
The museum has a rich archaeological exhibition consisting of unique exhibits related to the prehistory of the region, as well as ancient and medieval history of Anchialo. Numismatic treasure exposure consists of coins Anchialo Roman-era cities Mesambria, Deultum Marcianopolis. Below are also medieval Byzantine, Bulgarian, Ottoman and Western coin finds.
